Your Role

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.

You will have to analyse data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimise business processes.

Your Profile

Experience of 6 to 12 Years and looking for seasoned Scrum Master & go-getters and who have the take charge attitude.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Experienced in at least in one of the following engagements - BI/DW, DWH, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance
Enable and empower the development team to deliver high-quality deliverables
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing learnings.
