Your Role

Develop and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, CI classes, and relationships.
Configure and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
Build transform maps, import sets, business rules, and automation workflows.
Monitor CMDB health, resolve data quality issues, and ensure governance compliance.

Your Profile

6-12 years of total experience with 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow CMDB experience.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Workflows.
Experience with integrations and ITIL Configuration Management.
