Person should hold good Excel knowledge and hand on experience to publish day to day MIS reports in MS Excel.
Should be required to also do Client validation where it is expected to cross audit the pricing applied by client relationship team is valid or invalid as per signed contract.
Do correction in this client validation and conclude the correct final amount to Client Servicing team with 100% accuracy.
Also ensure client invoicing is processed with correct GST details and with 100% accuracy.
Similarly, candidate would also be required to also do Vendor or third-party validation where it is expected to cross audit the pricing applied by vendors in their Invoice backup sheet is valid as per signed contract with them.
Do the required correction in vendor validation and conclude the correct final amount to Vendors with 100% accuracy to allow them to submit their Invoice copies to process the payment.
Finally ensure Vendor Invoices are then validated and PO is booked by person and then take this forward with internal finance team to release payment on time.
We need Person who knows MS Excel and is flexible to work in shifts.
