Job Description
Job Summary:
The business analyst in Capital Markets will be responsible for analyzing and accessing business requirements and providing insights to support strategic decision making. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance trading systems, improve operations efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualification:
8+ years exp with exposure to trade life cycle for securities and capital markets products with strong knowledge in reference data space especially security master, pricing, restrictions, holiday calendar.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading processes & platforms, market data services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Must to have skills being problem articulation, documentation, collaboration with multiple tech and business stakeholders, JIRA, excel and SQL / mongo knowledge to analyze and understand the data.
