Production support Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to support and maintain business-critical applications in a production environment. The role involves monitoring application health, handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring system stability while meeting SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and services
Monitor applications and respond to production incidents (P1/P2/P3)
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Support deployments, releases, and post-release validation
Maintain incident documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards
Required Skills & Experience:
4–7 years of experience in production/application support
Strong experience with incident management and troubleshooting
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Ability to work in shifts or on-call support as required
