Just Walk Out Services is seeking a Manager, Program Management. As a leader on the team, you will be expected to operate at all levels, diving deep into the details while providing strategic inputs. You will be a key player in driving strategic planning, project execution, hiring and development of program management talent, and helping to shape the team as our Physical Stores program expands. A successful candidate will play an integral role in determining strategy, resources, features, schedules, and process for cross-company projects. They operate with significant autonomy, and demonstrate creativity and judgement when confronted with complex issues. You must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and dive deep, and a passion for technology.

Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of program managers responsible for a particular vertical of Just Walk Out Physical Stores.

Lead the management of projects and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with our technical development teams and our business stakeholders.

Responsible for overall project delivery.

Establish and maintain project schedules, and perform risk management to minimize impact to the project critical path.

Help drive continuous improvement efforts.

You’ll partner with our global teams to bring up the stores and you’ll have a huge opportunity to influence processes and mechanisms to make improvements for our customers.
