Job Description

Design and deliver program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near and objectives.
Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.
Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in stakeholder management and operational management.
Experience in vendor management.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience influencing product and engineering teams with operational insights.
Knowledge of common technical operations and program management methodologies.
