Job Description

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify work problems, program goals, prioritize deliverables and discuss program impact.
Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholders needs into actionable deliverables and assist in decision-making for goal prioritization.
Define project scope and develop, execute or manage project plans for supported programs.
Monitor key program metrics, detect deviations and implement corrective actions for critical issues.
Engage with stakeholders across teams to drive impact, achieve mutual goals and enhance business, operational and management dashboards.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience with first and third-party systems, software implementation, systems integration or application support.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in managing complex projects and programs including stakeholder co-ordination, deadline driven execution and risk mitigation.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience with first and third-party systems, software implementation, systems integration or application support.
