Job Description

Build and lead engineering team to innovate, invent, implement and deploy software solutions.
Demonstrate a technical and engineering leadership that builds the next-generation Finance Enterprise Platforms. Provide leadership on technical aspects of development, including technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
Work with leadership across functions and organizational boundaries to identify opportunities that drives the direction for the space.
Drive impact and influence on colleagues outside of their direct management chain including peer teams and their own team.
Understand, communicate, and support organization-level business objectives and priorities. Invest in team members’ individual growth, as well as broader organization health. Identify and solve team issues along a variety of dimensions, such as staffing, process, and prioritization.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience in Software Implementation/Integration or Enterprise Software Architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience in Data domain or Machine Learning domain.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience in Software Implementation/Integration or Enterprise Software Architecture.
