The Oracle India IDC team will be working closely with R&D teams across different NA centres, Product management, Professional services, Global customer support, and other Oracle applications groups (e.g. Oracle Fusion Middleware) located in global locations.

As a performance engineer, you will review the product performance requirements and determine the performance test scope for a product release, create the performance test data generators and test data, automate the test cases and execute them, troubles shoot the performance bottle necks and provide the feedback to development teams. Should have good understanding of architectural performance bottle necks and should participate in design reviews along with the development team and assist them in coming up with performing design. Create benchmark reports and sizing guide for the products in OSS portfolio.
