Designation – Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director

Exp - 15+ to 25 Years

Location - Pan India

Notice Period - Max 30 days

Detailed JD:

Strategic Consultant who has a mix of Strategic, Leadership, Technical, Functional, and Consulting experience/skill set.
Highly experienced Senior Strategy Lead with in-depth knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry and 15+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Programs for business-wide change.
This person will drive these transformation initiatives, knows how to do strategic thinking, does problem-solving at org level, and has the ability to look at the bigger picture.
Can do data gathering, investigating, fact-based decision making, preparing reports, solutions and road mapping and make presentations to leadership for their projects.
Work with different teams/departments from across geographies to understand the current issues and gather information.
Create the savings sheet and understand whether it will be beneficial to work on the initiative.
Most of the work will be in EU Time with EU Business, with some overlap needed with US and Asia-based Teams.
This is an individual contributor role.
Expertise in the Healthcare Industry is mandatory. The person should have played an Advisory role to Clients in the past.... The person should have done Discovery Phases / Assessment Phases in the past and should have delivered Future-State Recommendations and Roadmaps. These are the key skills. The Client is looking for very Senior folks who have done Senior Leadership roles in the past.
