Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in platform architecture, with a focus on DXP, ERP, and HCM systems.
Proven track record of leading integration projects in large-scale environments.
Strong understanding of AP and HR processes within ERP and HCM frameworks.
Excellent consultation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for system integrations.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience working within the Iron Mountain environment or with similar industry-leading platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and development teams
