MLC Developer
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MLC applications.
Work with Oracle SQL, Unix, and Shell scripting to build and optimize backend processes.
Capture and document new requirements from stakeholders.
Perform data gap analysis and suggest workarounds.
Implement changes through SDLC or Agile frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical decisions.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
Continuously optimize BAU service delivery.
Must-Have Skills :
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Unix, and Shell scripting.
Experience in system integrations and technical design documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform data gap analysis.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile frameworks.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with MLC systems.
Knowledge of credit risk management.
