How will you make an impact in this role?

This role will be part of the Regulatory Reporting team , we are currently modernizing our platform, migrating it to GCP.. You will contribute towards making the platform more resilient and secure for future regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance and adherence to Federal Regulations.

Preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline
5+ years of software development experience
Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions
Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
Define problems and articulate solution alternatives with recommendations
Create detailed computer system design documentation
Implement deployment plan flawlessly
Strong Development experience on Java applications with backend Database (Oracle/PLSQL/ Big Query) design and development experience
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including observability, resilience, security, and automation.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring rapid and safe deployments.
Develop and execute deployment plans for production systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong background with Java full-stack applications and backend database (Oracle/PL/SQL, BigQuery) design & development experience
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery and associated services
DevOps & Tooling: GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD automation, observability frameworks.
Concurrency & Parallelism: Proven ability to design and optimize high-volume, distributed data systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Finance/Regulatory Reporting experience
Prior experience migrating platforms to GCP BigQuery
AI development experience
