The Enterprise FinOps team is a key pillar within the Global Infrastructure Product Services organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Enterprise FinOps Engineer with a solid background in automation and scripting to work on an agile cross-functional team that values collaboration and innovation.

Here’s just some of what you’ll do:

· Develop and maintain software features with a focus on quality, reliability, and performance

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in Python

· Design, implement, and optimize relational database schemas and queries (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

· Create and maintain automation scripts for data processing and system tasks

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and technical requirements

· Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high quality deliverables

· Support integration with APIs and contribute to backend services

· Work in an agile environment, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities

Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what you should have:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred

· Deep knowledge of FinOps practices and frameworks

· Knowledge of scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)

· Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)

· Proficiency in Rational database management systems (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

· Familiarity with JSON and data interchange formats

· Exposure to Agile development practices

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently when needed.
