Google Cloud Engineer/Developer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The primary objective of the position involves L2 & L3 level support within the Google Cloud Platform for Denodo data virtualization.
- Strong skills with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible along with code promotion and version control using Gitlab.
- Strong skills Linux operating systems in server environments and command line utilization a must
- Ability to learn the Denodo Data Virtualization tools set as a system administrator required.
- Familiarity with Python scripting for Denodo integrations & Google Cloud Console capabilities.
- Troubleshoot any issues including errors and performance topics. Work with Google Cloud technical support leading to resolution.
- Regularly monitor the infrastructure to ensure the information technology services and enterprise software applications are performing at optimal levels to meet all service level objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the infrastructure and determine root cause to resolve problems returning services to normal levels.
- Excellent communication for interfacing with developers, users, infrastructure teams, architects, and any external partners.
- Execute software deployments between the environments in the software development lifecycle as requested by project teams or end users. Apply software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Should be able to create detailed documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, provide technical training and support, and develop best practices as a key aspect of this role.
- Should continuously develop their technical knowledge, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, and attend training sessions to improve their skillset
- The role requires an understanding of an Enterprise IT environment as a whole and industry best practices.

- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
· Excellent Analytical, troubleshooting and Documentation skills.
- Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization.
- Experience 6 to 9 years Negotiable based on skill expertise.
- Qualifications bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Primary Skill Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, Ansible and Gitlab.
- Shift Ready to work in 24/5.
Notice Period 15 to 30 days (Maximum).
