Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and business support for users of applications. With 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will have a good understanding of app support procedures and concepts, as well as basic knowledge of other technical areas. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, internal technology groups, and vendors, and participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases. You will also be responsible for analyzing applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues, and working with development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements. Your excellent communication and diplomacy skills will be crucial in exchanging potentially complex/sensitive information, and your attention to detail will be essential in providing quality and timely service. As a Senior Consultant, you will have a direct impact on the business and will be actively involved in Support Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives. You will also have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
