Secondary Skills

Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all Incidents and Service Requests
Coordination/Escalation Major Incidents.
Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreement to the responsible group.
Owns all Incidents and Service Requests throughout the lifecycle
