Job Description

Mobile Network Technologies: Expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network architecture, BTS (Base Transceiver Station), BSC (Base Station Controller), RNC (Radio Network Controller), eNB, and gNB.

Network Configuration & Data Fill: Ability to configure BTS, controllers, and other network elements, including data fill preparation and implementation.

HLD & LLD Design: Experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for mobile networks.

IP & Transport Planning: Knowledge of IP addressing, routing, TWAMP (Two-Way Active Measurement Protocol) for performance monitoring, and backhaul network design.

QoS & Redundancy Planning: Experience in Quality of Service (QoS), redundancy, DACP, and NADCM to ensure a reliable and high-performing network.

Synchronization Planning: Experience in sync planning to maintain accurate timing across mobile networks.

Network Optimization & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze performance, optimize network settings, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Tools & Protocols: Familiarity with network planning tools, OSS/BSS systems, TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet, and SNMP monitoring.
