Your role

Lead end-to-end solutioning and delivery of asset management transformation programs, including conducting maturity assessments and defining comprehensive roadmaps across strategy, process, technology, and governance.
Design, implement, and manage EAM, APM, AIM, and PDM solutions to optimize asset performance and reliability. Efficiently multitask across various platforms and projects to meet operational objectives and timelines
Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure all solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.Develop predictive models leveraging historical and real-time data to enable proactive maintenance strategies and reduce downtime.
Manage deployment and scaling of digital tools across multiple sites to ensure consistency and efficiency. Present actionable insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Your Profile

Hands-on experience with at least two EAM/RCM/APM COTS platforms such as Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, GE APM (Meridium), SAP-EAM/AIN/ASPM, Aveva, Bentley (Ivara), NRX Asset Hub, Evision, etc. Proven consulting expertise with experience in RFI/RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to build trust and drive collaboration.
Outstanding presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) is mandatory. 4–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing analytics, reliability engineering, or digital transformation.
