Build a detailed understanding of aviation ecosystem, policy and regulatory framework
Undertake financial modelling and analysis, as required
Conduct research and analysis of the information provided. Convert analysis into meaningful and presentable information (presentations, reports).
Develop and present implementation plan for the state aviation policy
Execute the plan as per timeline
Stakeholder interaction & project management
Develop weekly / monthly progress reports or tracker
