Qualification : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical projects and ensure successful delivery while maintaining alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Mentor and guide project teams in Agile methodologies and best practices.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technical projects.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
