How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities

  • The core responsibility area of this role is to support the Acquisition leadership team with the structural design & implementation along with E2E testing of the enhanced Credit Card application onboarding platforms by formulating functional requirement in BRDs, overseeing effective solution designs in lines with acquisition team’s expectation and its management. Alongside, manage the existing technology platforms which currently supports the Card onboarding including but not limited to SOR etc. and liaising with backend system teams.

  • Lead the end-to-end testing effort (US creation, testing & validating) for the whole Card application journey and ensure error free code deployment for a seamless experience.

  • The BAU responsibility would include ideating new digital capabilities (across the user journey and value chain) for Card acquisition growth and seek technology prioritization for the implementation aimed at proliferating growth of new Card prospect acquisition.

  • Responsible for maintaining and uplifting prospect consumer card application journeys; work with 3rd party agencies including credit bureaus, fintech’s and media agencies to develop and enhance digital application journeys.

  • For the maintenance of application journeys built on existing technology, work with scrum teams to manage product backlog, delivery activities; develop user stories and address the queries of the development team using JIRA/Rally.

  • Prepare and maintain updated confluence pages, project agile charters. Develop user stories, data flow diagrams, product roadmaps, business flow diagrams.

  • Partner with multiple internal teams like risk, compliance, legal, brand, and technology teams to develop and implement medium and large-scale acquisition driven capabilities.

  • Analyze website and campaign traffic via Adobe Omniture tool and optimize journeys.

  • Manage robust working relationships with online financial intermediaries, leading ecommerce portal leveraging their platforms to drive incremental online applications through partner APIs, webhook API’s and other digital capabilities.

  • Drive online application submissions and approval rate improvements for prospect applications through continuous process improvement, building test & learn programs and reviewing feedback from media agencies, on-ground sales and quality control teams.

  • Extend support to tele sales and face to face teams in adopting digital acquisition capabilities and impart knowledge to help improve prospect conversion funnel.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Statistics or MBA from leading B-school preferred.

Past Experience

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in BFSI preferably in Digital Capabilities domain.

Competency Required Across:

  • Expertise in Scrum Backlog grooming, release and showcase governance

  • Knowledge of the Agile SDLC and product management methodologies

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies
