Job Description:
Skills 7-10 years Windows knowledge good communication; presentation; reporting and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Tasks Windows/Cluster run operation HP Proliant, Dell Be the point of contact for external and internal communications Standard run operation Manage service like DHCP; DNS; AD; etc
incident/problem/change/SR alignment with client- doing health checks for the systems align parameter changes Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
