Job Description

The Senior Application Development & Automation Lead role is accountable to delivering solutions utilizing technologies such as Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow or similar platforms. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced developers who specialize in application development and automation technologies. The role requires a strong business acumen and a solid background in both application development and business analysis, enabling you to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The role will be based in Bangalore, India. Collaborate with business users, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements.Anticipate user needs and analyze gaps in capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency, enhancing user experience, and addressing risk and control gaps. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to assess and finalize the most appropriate application development and workflow automation platforms for the request. Design, implement, and optimize automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress using Microsoft Azure BoardsEngage in and adapt to strategic initiatives. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Who You Are: A minimum of 10 years of working experience in application development teams as a technical lead, IT business Analyst, or in similar roles At least 2 years of experience with automation platforms teams such as Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow (SNOW) or comparable technologies. Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong business acumen, along with a solid background in both application development and business analysis.Ability to confidently and effectively present information to leadership, peers, and team. Proven project management skills with the capability to lead and execute initiatives. PMP or Agile Practitioner certification is a plus. Familiarity with agile practices and tools particularly Microsoft Azure Boards is essential. Knowledge of database management, API integrations, and security best practices is advantageous. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus.
