IT Consultant - Quality & Compliance Applications
Job Description
As an IT Specialist Expert, you will be part of an international team which is taking care of the operation and further development of Compliance Applications. In your role you are supporting the respective Service Delivery Managers by planning and running the Service Review meetings and maintaining/running any other performance management matter related to the applications & services. Building and maintaining technical training documentation will be an integral part of the job as well. In this role you will have the opportunity to work together with an international team operating out of Germany and India and to interact with Business facing colleagues directly. It will provide an opportunity to learn and to grow on the job to develop further. The intermediate objective would be to become Service Delivery Manager Backup. Your workplace will be based in Bangalore (Electronics City).Who you areUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience between 4 and 9 years. ITIL framework experience. Having experience in regulated environment is a plus (GxP) Very good communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong teamwork and communication skills with stakeholders and software providersWillingness to work in a multinational environment and cross-functional teams distributed between Europe (mostly, Germany) and India
