We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

What you need to know:
This role will report to the Director of Employee Success and play a critical role on the Talent Team. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead PayPal’s new hire onboarding experience., by maintaining and enhancing onboarding content, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with company goals. Ideal candidates will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, building strong partnerships to ensure consistent, welcoming introductions for new employees.

Team is responsible for enhancing the overall experience and performance of employees at PayPal. The team plays a vital role in fostering a high-performance work culture, enabling employee career navigation, and ensuring that employees have the resources and support they need to thrive. Employee onboarding, the annual performance cycle, and a talent marketplace are my teams area of focus. This specific role will focus on providing/facilitating an impactful and integrative onboarding experience for all new employees to create early connections to PayPal’s values and culture; and to provide information regarding employee tools and resources. There will be special projects and other tasks as related to this work as well.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning programs by applying adult learning principles and supporting the creation of engaging learning experiences.
  • Create program materials and tools, ensuring alignment with the learner experience design, program objectives and specific regulations/corporate policies.
  • Assist in gathering program requirements from stakeholders and help translate them into engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Support the coordination and execution of learning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contributing to successful delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by gathering feedback and providing insights for continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field or experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, learning & development, employee experience, or a related HR function.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions with diverse employee groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Power Point and Learning Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating inclusive and welcoming employee experiences that align with organizational values.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
