The team member will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and security of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vigilance, risk management, and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Conduct thorough risk assessments</strong> to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of concern within the organization.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li> <li>Stay abreast of regulatory changes and updates affecting the fintech industry in India.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring that all business activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.</li> <li>Implement robust fraud detection mechanisms to safeguard against financial fraud and misconduct.</li> <li>Investigate and analyze suspicious activities, taking appropriate actions to prevent and mitigate fraud risks.</li> <li><strong>Lead internal investigations related to fraud, misconduct, or any other</strong> vigilance-related matters.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare reports on investigation findings.</li> <li><strong>Develop and deliver training programs</strong> to educate employees on vigilance, compliance, and ethical conduct.</li> <li>Foster a culture of awareness and adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management and vigilance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
