The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in firewalls, switching, wireless technologies, and network security, with strong expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and operations. <h2 data-start="513" data-end="540">Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="542" data-end="1867"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="542" data-end="696"> Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless, and cloud security platforms. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="697" data-end="820"> Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls (mandatory) — policies, NAT, VPNs, security profiles, upgrades, and HA. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="821" data-end="940"> Configure and support Cisco Nexus switches (mandatory) — VLANs, VPC, routing, OS upgrades, and troubleshooting. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="941" data-end="1124"> Manage Cisco Meraki switches and access points (mandatory), including dashboard administration, monitoring, wireless optimization, fine-tuning, and architecture understanding. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1125" data-end="1247"> Support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZTNA solutions, including policy configuration and user troubleshooting. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1248" data-end="1376"> Monitor network performance using standard network monitoring tools, proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1377" data-end="1507"> Handle incidents, service requests, and changes through a ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1508" data-end="1602"> Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network issues and implement preventive actions. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1603" data-end="1720"> Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution and continuous improvement. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1721" data-end="1809"> Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1810" data-end="1867"> Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and diagrams. </li> </ul> <h2 data-start="1874" data-end="1914">Mandatory Skills & Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="1916" data-end="2616"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1916" data-end="1988"> Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (mandatory). </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1989" data-end="2056"> Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus switches (mandatory). </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2057" data-end="2151"> Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches and wireless access points (mandatory). </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2152" data-end="2218"> Experience with Zscaler (ZIA) and ZTNA security solutions. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2219" data-end="2287"> Solid understanding of network monitoring tools (mandatory). </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
