Job Description
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Transactional Emails, Automation and Journey Builder, Push Notification (Mobile Studio), Contact builder from development perspective.
Build Email and Landing Pages using - AMP Script & SSJS, HTML, CSS.
Good knowledge of Database languages (SQL) to create complex queries.
Hands on Server-side JavaScript and DOM.
Experience in REST APIs.
Experience in Campaign Management as well as practical handling of campaign / marketing automations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and quality metrics.
Good Understanding of travel domain would be an advantage.
Interact with client business team and other developers/tester for any clarification required. SPOC of all technical/functional queries raised by onshore team.
Experience in Third party integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud system will be good to have.
Hands on with Salesforce/ AWS / Jira Tools.
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills. Smoothly Coordinate with cross functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure risk free and quality delivery.
