We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for India Deals Marketing as part of the IN Deals & Events team. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement, deal performance, and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns and event execution.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for deals and promotional events across India marketplace
2. Own end-to-end campaign planning, from ideation to post-event analysis and optimization
3. Drive cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, category teams, product, and business intelligence to maximize deal performance
4. Define and track key performance metrics (OPS, traffic, conversion, customer acquisition) and deliver against ambitious targets
5. Own the customer-facing bar on deals experiences and enable discovery of deals across the onsite and off-Amazon shopping experiences through marketing initiatives and campaigns
6. Own customer-facing inputs and outputs of deals during Amazon India's events, including tentpole events such as Prime Day and Great Indian Festival
