Job Description

Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, challenging, and impactful problems at the intersection of GenAI, Agentic AI and CyberSecurity.
Lead the design and implementation of new features and capabilities within the Security Operations product, Security Intelligence and Security Language Model platforms.
Stay up-to-date on new research and developments in the rapidly evolving GenAI and security spaces.
Mentor and develop other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and high-quality engineering practices.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
3 years of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (e.g., language modeling, computer vision).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic workflows, RAG.
Experience in Data processing, Analysis, Statistics.
