Job Description

Manage Creator Support AI tools and chat bot that supports millions of Creators across the world.
Develop product outlook, strategy and road-map to improve the AI/Large Language Model (LLM) support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues.
Work with creators, subject-matter-expert and other stakeholders to develop self-service experiences based on AI agents.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver product/support experiences on various Youtube surfaces.
Partner with product teams across YouTube BizTech, and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences are well-aligned.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills.
