Job Description

Drive all aspects of engineering work including requirements definition, design, implementation, integration, test, release, monitoring, and sustaining.
Develop the technical direction and road-map. Evolve the road-map to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
Oversee systems designs and review product or system development code to solve problems.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure standard procedures (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Define a team structure, develop skills, offer mentorship, and recruit new members, to grow the team. Influence decisions, collaborate with internal and external partners, define and implement the standard procedures.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in an matrixed organization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
