Software Development Snr Manager
Job Description
Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
This is a hands on position who will directly manage developers and applications.
The candidate must
- have years of experience as noted.
- have a degree in Computer Science, preferably with a Masters degree, or the equivalent hands on work experience.
- be willing to work in person at the Oracle office in Bangalore.
- be a self starter, has initiative, and require minimal management oversight and supervision.
- be driven with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- be willing to do DevSecOps work.
- be familiar with security practices, coding and implementation.
- be technically strong, with the ability to write code and review code.
