Technical Program Manager - Process Automation
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead critical operational automation initiatives. This role will bridge our engineering and operations teams, driving efficiency and innovation through the strategic planning and execution of automation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping our operational landscape and contributing to our technological advancement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, preferably in automation or a related area.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of a wide range of automation technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting languages, cloud automation services, workflow automation tools) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including security documentation, system architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and change control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
