Job Description

Oracle University Global Learning credit revenue realization:

Lead the global learning credit burndown toward Oracle learning products and ensure consistent revenue generation.

Process Optimization:

Develop, implement, and refine CLS Renewals and Business Development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Management & Analysis:

Manage and analyze Renewals and Business Development data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.

CRM Management:

Oversee Oracle Sales Cloud maintenance and compliance across all teams.

Renewals and Business Development Forecasting & Planning:

Develop and manage Renewals and Business Development forecasts and collaborate with Renewals and Business Development leadership to set growth targets and quotas.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, to align Renewals and Business Development strategies with company objectives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track Renewals and Business development performance and identify areas for improvement.

Technology Management:

Research, implement, and manage Renewals and Business development technology tools and systems.

Team Management:

Manage and develop a team of Renewals and Business Development operations specialists or analysts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expert in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Proficiency in CRM systems
Experience with Renewals and Business Development process development and optimization.
Expert in analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, technology).Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts to existing customers.
