Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Qualifications & Experience

12–15 years of total experience, with 5+ years in Data Science or AI/ML Engineering roles.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end AI/ML solution design and production deployment.
Proven track record in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI agent development.
Expert in Python and familiar with modern ML/NLP frameworks: HuggingFace, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Experience fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific applications (e.g., Q&A systems, auto-documentation, predictive insights).
Hands-on experience building, scaling, and optimizing AI systems on OCI, with knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
Familiar with MLOps, model governance, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and executive teams.

Multi-cloud & Distributed Architecture (OCI expertise is a must; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP also valuable)

Stakeholder Engagement – including Executive Leadership
Program Oversight & Governance
Solution Design, Proposals, and Estimates

Additional Skills (At least 2):

Familiarity with designing & deploying scalable digital web based applications.
Experience in multi-touch attribution, market mix modelling, fraud analytics, customer journey analysis, churn modelling, customer segmentation, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and recommendation engines.
Experience in designing, implementing, testing, and shipping production-quality AI/ML software
Experience with end-to-end pipelines using various Agentic frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Experience contributing to AI community initiatives, publishing whitepapers, or speaking at tech events.
Familiarity with Oracle's broader AI ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns is a plus.

Evaluation Criteria:

- Usecase presentations will be required to evaluate the candidate's ability to translate business problems into actionable insights and solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models and managing model lifecycles will be assessed through case studies and real-world scenarios.
