About Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Kubernetes Engine(OKE)

OKE is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s managed Kubernetes platform, enabling customers to run secure, scalable, and resilient container workloads. Join our team to help design, build, and operate cloud-native solutions for mission-critical, global customers.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience
Technical Skills:
- Must have strong knowledge of GoLang, Java, and experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Thorough understanding of RESTful API design and distributed system fundamentals
- Strong experience and deep expertise in Kubernetes platform architecture, operations, and ecosystem
Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development practices
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in production or high-scale environments
Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently on projects and pursue appropriate guidance when required, especially on cross-team initiatives
You should be a distributed systems generalist, able to understand broad systems interactions, have excellent design skills while being very hands-on, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and lower-level system interactions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
A strong understanding of the container technology like Docker and container orchestration technology like Kubernetes. Familiarity with managed Kubernetes service like Google Kubernetes Engine, Amazon Kubernetes Service will be an added advantage.
Contributions to open-source projects or experience in large-scale cloud environments
