In this role, you'll assist in designing, coordinating, and executing L&amp;D programs that drive continual growth, skill advancement, and business impact across technical teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and brings a strong sense of ownership to learning delivery.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Learning Needs Analysis:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage with HR partners to understand team-specific training requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">&nbsp;Proactively hold communication with Engineering Managers on FY planning.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct regular industry benchmarking and research of new trends and essential skill requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">With guidance, develop quarterly learning plans.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">With guidance, design tailored learning initiatives encompassing technical skills, product knowledge, and soft skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">With guidance, create innovative and engaging training methodologies beyond traditional classroom sessions, such as peer-to-peer learning programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Own the delivery of LnD initiatives by managing subject matter experts, audience engagement, and close the loop with a report.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deliver sessions to engineers on process and engineering practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Technical Foundation to understand the <strong>SDLC</strong> and code-heavy environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Onboarding Management ownership of the technical "Day 1" experience, ensuring new engineers are integrated into the specific tech stack and internal toolings quickly.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assisting Engineering Managers with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and mapping learning initiatives to quarterly team OKRs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Managing the logistics of technical workshops, internal hackathons, and LMS tracking with a data-driven approach to measure impact.</span></li> </ul> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Mandatory Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1-3 years of experience in training design, and execution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">0-1 years of experience in engineering background.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;
