Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our Vulnerability Management and Threat Intelligence functions. This role is critical in strengthening the organization’s security posture by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating cyber risks across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. The role also plays a key leadership position in driving intelligence-led defense and supporting incident response operations.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Vulnerability Management Leadership

Lead and manage the enterprise Vulnerability Management program, covering infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, OS obsolescence, and system hardening.
Oversee vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation tracking, and closure in alignment with risk appetite and business priorities.
Implement and maintain risk-based prioritization frameworks based on exploitability, business impact, and threat intelligence.

Threat Intelligence Operations

Drive Threat Intelligence collection, analysis, and operationalization to proactively identify emerging threats.
Leverage industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain to support threat modeling and defensive strategies.
Integrate threat intelligence into SOC, vulnerability management, and incident response workflows.

Incident Response & SOC Collaboration

Coordinate closely with SOC and Incident Response teams to ensure timely detection, containment, and mitigation of security incidents.
Support root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to improve controls and processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Act as a trusted security partner for IT, DevOps, Cloud, and Business teams, ensuring security measures align with organizational goals.
Translate technical risks into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team.

Compliance, Governance & Reporting

Ensure security operations align with regulatory and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal security policies.
Develop and present meaningful security metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reports.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of advanced security tooling.
Promote innovation in vulnerability and threat management processes using scripting and orchestration.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience Requirements

6–8 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity Operations.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7.
In-depth knowledge of Threat Intelligence platforms and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, OpenCTI, Anomali or similar).
Experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar) and EDR tools.
Solid understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and application security principles.
Experience with automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.

Analytical & Operational Skills

Strong technical understanding of IT networks, infrastructure, and applications.
Advanced capabilities in threat analysis, risk assessment, and incident management.
Proven skills in root cause analysis and operational decision-making.
Proactively stays current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
