Profile Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as Power Platform Developer,This role is to assist in the development of new components for Banking and T24 inclusive of products, services, data flows, business rules and interfaces

Software Engineering

This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and productivity.

Responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Create and manage data visualizations and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Abide by Tech & Data Policies and Procedures and SDLC/PLC requirements.
• Embrace and become a flag bearer for firm's culture and core values of putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exception ideas, giving back, and diversity and inclusion.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with Azure services and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
