We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative professional to lead field enablement, drive operational excellence, and deliver actionable analytics across our financial planning organization. This role sits at the intersection of rep enablement, business operations, and data analytics – ensuring our field teams are equipped, efficient, and empowered with insights to drive better client outcomes.

Role Description:

The role is based out of Mumbai and will support a variety of activities for the Financial Planning organization of Morgan Stanley’s Global Investment Office dedicated to Wealth Management’s high-net worth, ultra-high net-worth and institutional clientele. The team has two mandates: 1) providing clients and prospective clients with solutions that bridge their planning and investment decisions as well as supporting those solutions with quantitative analyses illustrating the tradeoffs of various strategies, and 2) building and supporting a toolset accessible by financial advisor teams allowing them to create analyses with their own derived strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Field Enablement

Collaborate with product, platform, and leadership to create effective micro-learning resources (playbooks, battle cards)
Maintain inventory of existing training materials and source documents to ensure timely compliance review and approvals
Monitor and manage business voice of the field feedback loop for refinement, effectiveness and engagement opportunities

Operations and Process Management:

Manage continuing education process for key professional designations such as CFP
Ongoing review of Entitlements / Tool Access Requests
Ongoing review of the financial planning fee policy to ensure policy alignment)

FP Analytics and Model Review Support

Model and tool management and review
Support with model documentation for annual approvals and recertifications
Assist with tool monitoring and reporting
Data pulls to support strategic initiatives and ongoing financial planning reporting

Qualifications:

Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and senior stakeholders.
An interest in financial planning and an ability to learn the nuances of the planning tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in data analysis and querying, knowledge of Dataiku and Snowflake is a strong plus
Comfort juggling multiple priorities; strong organizational and time management skills.
