Role : Technical Project Manager
Job description:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3/4 years specifically managing mobile application development projects (iOS, Android).
Proven track record of delivering successful mobile applications on time and within budget.
Experience with backend integration of APIs.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of mobile app development frameworks, technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Java), and mobile UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools.
Project Management:
Excellent project management skills with experience in creating project plans, managing schedules, and budgeting.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with business goals.
Track project progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
Monitor project performance and make adjustments to resources, scope, and schedules as needed to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and manage changes in project scope, goals, and timelines.
Provide regular status reports, Gantt charts to senior management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and issues.
Strong client stake holder management skill.
Communication:
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project scope.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
Experience with mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
Experience with offshore teams and international project delivery.
