Your Role

Total Experience: 12-14 Years

Location: Mumbai

Manage full SAP project lifecycle—from planning and design through deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization.
Oversee AMS delivery operations, ensuring effective incident, problem, and change management.
Ensure high‑quality technical delivery across SAP systems, maintaining service availability and performance.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, risks, and issues, ensuring projects remain on track financially and operationally.
Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, leading governance communication, and driving escalation resolution.

Your Profile

Strong experience managing end‑to‑end SAP project lifecycles, including design, build, testing, and post‑go‑live.
Proven background in delivering SAP AMS (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Ability to oversee technical delivery across SAP landscapes, ensuring performance and service stability.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting for SAP programs.
Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities, including escalation handling and communication.
