Your Role

Manage day‑to‑day staffing operations including demand updates, supply forecasting, allocation tagging, and holiday bookings in GTD.
Maintain accurate resourcing data for multiple workspaces and ensure timely updates for onshore UK Resource Managers.
Generate and publish key staffing reports such as open demand, exception reports, workload, tags, and headcount reports.
Support UK stakeholders by addressing allocation challenges, sharing status updates, and highlighting exceptions requiring action.
Ensure data accuracy across all staffing dashboards and contribute to smooth resourcing operations through logical and analytical problem‑solving.

Your Profile

Strong experience in resource management or staffing coordination within an IT services environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage onshore (UK) stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with strong attention to detail and reporting capability.
Logical, analytical mindset with the ability to manage data accuracy, exceptions, and time‑sensitive updates.
Experience with GTD or similar Resource Management Systems (RMS/WFM tools) and understanding of staffing processes.
