Your Role

Analyze current (“as‑is”) ITSM/ITOM processes and identify improvement areas.
Gather and document requirements for enhancements to ITSM/ITOM tools.
Lead customer and focus group sessions to solicit needs and validate requirements.
Work closely with onshore/offshore development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Define functional specifications for “target-state” processes.

Your Profile

Minimum experinece of 9-15 Years with 4-6 years relevant experinece in ITOM Development.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities and ability to align them with business needs.
Hands-on exposure to core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Experience in business and operational architecture design.Broad knowledge of IT service management offerings and adjacent business areas.
