Your Role

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, resilient, and automated platform engineering solutions following DevOps best practices.
Architect, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring high availability, security, performance tuning, and efficient cluster orchestration.
Drive implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage robust CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Jenkins for seamless application delivery.
Design and support cloud-native solutions across IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring adherence to cloud architecture and operational excellence principles.

Your Profile

Over 8 years of progressive experience in platform engineering and DevOps practices, with a strong focus on building scalable, resilient infrastructure and automation.
Proven leadership in designing and maintaining Kubernetes-based platform solutions, with deep hands-on expertise in cluster orchestration, performance tuning, and team guidance.
Extensive knowledge of Docker, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins), enabling seamless application delivery and infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.
Proficient in architecting and supporting solutions on cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Skilled in version control using Git, including advanced Git workflows; experienced with build tools like Maven and NPM for dependency and artifact management.
Experience implementing service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio) and advanced container networking tools like Calico for secure and efficient service communication.
Strong scripting and automation background using Linux shell scripting and Python, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual overhead.
Exposure to mobile CI/CD pipelines for both Android and iOS, contributing to a unified delivery platform across frontend and backend systems.
Hands-on experience in WebSphere Application Server administration, covering installation, configuration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; adept at cross-functional collaboration and mentoring junior engineers.
