Your role

Design and developement experience in ServiceNow IT Asset management
Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro modules.
Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of SAM and HAM functionalities..
Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and other data sources.
Develop and manage REST/SOAP API-based integrations, JSON/XML processing, and MID Server integrations..
Build automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scoped Apps.

Your profile

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro).
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration & scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Experience with software licensing models, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and data ingestion
