Job Description

Serve as a people manager and support the growth and career development of individuals on the team.
Work closely with Confidential Computing leadership, as well as development and infrastructure teams, to understand current and upcoming needs and plan and prioritize accordingly.
Define strategy and rally the group around shared goals, shape team culture.
Manage relationships and stakeholders, including peer leaders on the team, technical leaders on other teams, and developers who leverage our capabilities.
Collaborate with partner teams across the organization to build towards a common goal. Contribute to the overall health of the broader organization.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with system programming/kernel development.
Experience with developing virtualization (hypervisor) or operating system security.
Experience leading through technical and organizational complexity.
Experience driving collaborations in a distributed engineering organization.
Ability to set and drive the technical strategy, and provide detailed technical guidance to the team, enabling them to execute effectively.
Interest in the security space.
